"We recently sold our home with Kevin as our realtor. We were in the process of selecting a realtor and Kevin reached out to us, based on a mutual friend’s recommendation. We had spoken to two other realtors and decided to work with Kevin. We were impressed by his professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, communication and responsiveness. He listened to our POV, quickly answered our questions and did everything he could to help us negotiate and sell our house by our target timing, including staging our home with his wife, Bea. Kevin also stayed on top of our buyers home sale and their buyers home sale to ensure there were no issues that would impact our closing on time. We trusted his opinion, and as a result, sold our house within our timing. Finally, Kevin also had a sense of humor, which was important to us, and is sometimes needed in the stressful situation of selling a home. "Kevin and his wife Bea were both wonderful to work with and blew us away!! When we bought the house we currently live in, we were so impressed with Kevin and Bea from the house buying process that we were very interested in hiring them. They were both amazing and we are so thankful that we did! In general he is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He works extremely hard! When we were getting ready to list our property he came over the weekend before, brought a neighbor and son in law to help us move things out to get it ready to show. Further Bea decorated our house amazingly. We got tons of compliments from family and friends. Kevin did a wonderful job communicating throughout the showings and being very responsive to us. We always knew what was happening. Once we got an accepted offer, the next day we had some bad luck and a hail storm hit our property. We were out of town and so Kevin went over and checked our property that weekend. That really impressed us! He also gave us a number to his neighbor who cleaned up the debris before we returned. Then through the process of working with the buyers agent, buyers lender, and the construction company to fix the damage, Kevin was amazing!! Our house still closed on time, we didn’t lose the buyer, and we were even able to renegotiate our offer to claim some of the value we were putting in the house to restore it. It was a very challenging process to work through and Kevin made it very easy and simple for us. We always knew what was going on and he helped us every step of the way. He truly was amazing and we know that without him we would have struggled. Thank you so much Kevin. You were a wonderful person to work with!!"

"OMG!! - The Kevin Walsh team is amazing!!!! We looked at and placed offers on so many houses in the winter of 2018/2019 plus on some land, but something would always go just slightly wrong. That was until we found this little gem of a house. It must have been destiny that those other opportunities didn’t work.
