A former Executive at JPMChase Home Lending and Citizens Bank Real Estate Lending. I have negotiated hundreds of contracts, bought and sold properties in several states, and have experienced urban, inner and outer suburban living. At times I think I have seen it all.
Most are surprised at just how many pieces of the puzzle there can be in a real estate transaction. Precision and attention to detail are strong suits of mine that clients really appreciate. Whether it is your first or tenth real estate transaction, you will be glad I am on your side. I live in MN, but can help clients anywhere in the U.S.
Home and family are important to me. I am a husband of 33 years, have two great kids, one great son-in-law, one terrific grandson, and a huge extended family. I enjoy long hikes with my wife, playing Scrabble with my mother, doing little projects around my home, and being on the water.
